1. Products & prices

Products are presented as accurately as possible. Prices are shown in euros, US dollars or shekels, inclusive of tax where applicable. Any customs duties outside the EU are borne by the customer.

2. Orders

Placing an order implies acceptance of these terms. A confirmation email summarises your order.

3. Payment

Payment is made by card through a secure provider. Orders are processed after payment is validated.

4. Delivery

See the "Shipping & returns" page. Timeframes are indicative.

5. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days to withdraw and 30 days to return an unworn item. Personalised or custom-engraved items are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

6. Warranty

Our jewelry is guaranteed against manufacturing defects. Claims should be sent to hello@v26jewelry.com.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Israeli law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of Tel Aviv, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
